To enhance student experience with robust communication and interaction, Coppin State University is currently implementing the “Anthology-Reach” system based on the MS D365 CRM platform. We are seeking an individual who will be part of the expanding CRM support team that provides operational support and works with campus stakeholders to create application solutions using the Microsoft Model-Driven Power Apps/Power Automate/Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. ESSENTIAL RSPONSIBILITIES:
  • This position will assist in building/enhance enterprise-level solutions with Dynamics 365/Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Apps Portals environment including: entity and form creation, workflow customization, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
  • Responsible for Development of Dynamics CRM custom workflow and plug-in creation as per business needs.
  • Implement security best practices in Dynamics 365/Power App environments.
  • Develop and integrate Power Apps portal custom APIs.
  • Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into Power Apps.
  • Support cross-functional teams consisting of Consultants, Functional Users, and IT operation and information security.
  • Support export/import solutions to multiple environments.
  • Customize and create CRM entities.
  • Support all parts of SDLC including design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation.
Required Qualifications

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related discipline
  • MS Dynamics certifications is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Two (2) years working experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Environment.
  • Experience with full life cycle development of MS Dynamics solutions.
  • Experience with implementing features and functions available in MS Dynamics.
  • Experience with end-user interaction.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of Dynamics Service configuration.
  • Ability to modify or create tables, forms, views, workflows, business rules.
  • Understanding of constraints related to Dynamics design elements.
  • Ability to create plug-ins.
  • HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL Server.
  • Experience with creating data-enabled forms.
  • Experience with deploying solutions to Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Higher Education experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with C#.
