Associates or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- At least two years of office experience and in-depth knowledge of office procedures, with some degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office products, and the ability to learn new programs and applications with training and/or on-line tutorials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituents.
- High accuracy and attention to detail; strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of students and staff and faculty colleagues.
- Able to collaborate with others to achieve results.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.
- Experience in Greek Life, Student Affairs, or higher education.

- Efficiently manages the calendars of the Dean and Associate Dean, coordinating appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for the Dean's office, handling phone calls and welcoming guests to the suite.
- Provides administrative assistance to the Office of Greek Life, ensuring smooth operations and streamlined workflows, including scheduling support for the Director, maintaining databases, managing the general email account, and overseeing general office functions.
- Procures office supplies, submits work orders, and handles other administrative tasks as needed.

- Takes minutes during meetings and prepares them for distribution.
