Position Purpose

The selected candidate will work with researchers, community members, and decision-makers to develop modeling, analysis, visualization, decision support, and educational tools for a project involving reinforcement learning and game theory. Desired areas of expertise include machine learning, statistical analysis of large datasets, optimization techniques, and development of web-based graphical user interfaces.

Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., applied math, statistics, engineering) or comparable experience
  • Experience with programming languages such as C, Python, and R.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-performance computational environment.
  • Prior experience in data analytics, decision analysis, and systems modeling.
