Ombudsman Volunteers
Ombudsman Volunteers are the eyes and ears of the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program. If you enjoy meeting new people and helping them understand their rights as residents, the Ombudsman Program needs you as a volunteer advocate. You’ll advocate for the rights and well-being of residents in long-term care facilities, investigate and resolve complaints, and make meaningful connections while gaining fulfillment in helping others.
Together we are making a difference!
