The primary responsibility will include:
Education
The successful candidate must have achieved a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from an accredited College or University.
Experience
At least three (3) years of experience in conducting investigations, discrimination, or employee relations complaints.
In lieu of a Degree, consideration will also be given to candidates with at least two (2) years of experience in handling investigations, and informal resolutions.

Job Duties
The primary responsibility will include:
- Investigating and producing comprehensive reports regarding discrimination complaints against students, faculty or staff
- Investigating and interviewing parties and witnesses, collecting evidence, and drafting high quality investigation reports within established timelines
- Collaborating with key university designees throughout the investigative process and conducting legally sufficient investigations through findings
- Meeting established timelines and treating all constituents engaged in conflict process with sensitivity and neutrality
Education
