NMR Group is seeking candidates for a Senior Energy Program Evaluator position. We are a leader in energy-efficiency evaluation and market research and seek an evaluation expert with experience in the energy-efficiency industry to direct studies and help win new work. NMR is 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

The successful candidate will have at least ten years' experience in the evaluation of energy programs. Candidates with recent experience managing or administering energy programs and with a solid background in evaluation will also be considered. We are looking for a colleague who thinks critically and creatively, takes initiative, and is not afraid to ask questions. The ideal candidate will contribute to our culture of teamwork and employee ownership by sharing knowledge freely, offering their unique perspective, and demonstrating a willingness to give and receive constructive criticism.   • Survey design and analysis

  • Net-to-gross measurement
  • Market characterization and assessment
  • Impact evaluation
  • Energy modeling
  • Business development
  • Staff supervision

The position does not require relocation; working from home is a viable option, as it has been for many of our employees since the company's founding.
