Service Supervisor
Presidium Property Management, LLC, a real estate management and development firm specializing in multifamily housing, seeks experienced Service Supervisor for Vue Apartments.
The Service Supervisor oversees the maintenance department and takes a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The Service Supervisor works with the Service Team to meet the company's established standards for safety, appearance and operation within the community's budgeted financial goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish daily work schedules for Service Team by reviewing daily service requests with Community Director.
- Follow and maintain the preventative maintenance programs established for communities within the company and educate staff to follow OSHA, state and federal regulations.
- Train and mentor Service Team members.
- Ensure the Service Team is professional in appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Physically walk and inspect community on a daily basis to propose upgrades and address any corrective issues.
- Immediately report and correct all maintenance issues by diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance/repair to all common areas and units.
- Share on-call responsibility with the Assistant Service Supervisor
- Ensure that all requests for service are addressed within 24 hours.
- Diagnose and repair all HVAC related issues.
- Maintain and monitor parts, supplies and equipment inventory.
- Develop vendor relationships and make recommendations for contract services and vendors.
- Look for areas to reduce operating costs.

Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates should be HVAC certified and a Certified Pool Operator.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years verifiable multifamily experience at a property consisting of 200 units or more.
- Experience with exterior and interior renovations preferred.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
