Facilities Foreman

Assigned tasks by Facilities Manager to complete construction projects within Florida Department of Corrections institutions and perform facilities maintenance. Perform the work directly or supervise inmate crew to perform the work. All within state of Florida. Must be able to travel across the state on short notice. Must be able to pass a Level II background check.

1. Expected to operate independently at a company job site and accomplish assigned job, coordinating resources as needed, and make decisions at a local level.
2. Assist in planning and review of any construction and/or any type of change to structures or fixtures.
3. Utilize inmate labor whenever possible to reduce the cost of facilities maintenance and construction.
4. Operate within policy guidelines of tool control and inmate management. Work within assigned budget.
5. Maintain equipment assigned to this position. (Vehicle, tools, site equipment, etc.)
6. Perform special projects as directed by Facilities Manager.

Salary $50,000 to $55,000. Excellent health benefits, 401k 6% match, STD/LTD benefits; and provided vehicle and credit and gas cards.
