This opportunity is perfect for candidates who have a passion for water safety, swimming, and working with children.
Quest Swimming provides PAID TRAINING! We proudly invest in our team members and provide professional development opportunities from the start! Come work with a team that values individual contributions to our culture and prioritizes team building. We expect all candidates to have some sort of familiarity with the water or a swimming background of some sort. Of course, a love for working with children is required!
- Starting teaching rates $13+ (or more) depending on prior experience
- Opportunities to increase pay rate quickly through advancement and training!
Expectations:
- Teach the same students weekly, celebrating their progress in the pool from one level to the next
- Work a set weekly schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Have fun! Smile! Make an impact in the lives of children throughout our community!
- Put safety first!
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
