Non-profit, cross-disability, support, resource and advocacy organization is looking for a new team member. The Office Manager will keep things running smoothly by providing administrative support to the Executive Director and staff. Responsibilities include manage records and information, plan and maintain work facilities, encourage and improve cross-departmental internal communication and perform other office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in administrative or other related fields, ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong organizational skills, deadline and detail-oriented and strong leadership qualities.
Experience in communicating with people with disabilities and the community is a must. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to utilize Microsoft 360. The Office Manager must be team oriented, able and willing to step in to assist staff in a variety of situations including basic IT support. Typical work week Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Special events may require an occasional evening or weekend schedule.
