What You'll Be Doing
As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a crucial role in our ongoing
mission to deliver excellent guest service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming guests and assisting them with their dining needs
  • Seating guests and managing the seating chart
  • Monitoring restaurant activity to ensure smooth seating and dining flow
  • Performing opening and closing duties
  • Assisting with side work, such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and with a friendly demeanor
  • Collaborating with fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Some laundry experience (preferred but not required)
  • The ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • A willingness to stand, move, and bend frequently
  • The flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training
