General Description of Position: The Director works closely with the Associate Controller-Systems to support the Administration and Finance division in finance-related systems, securities and operational protocol. The position is responsible for community training and educational materials, e-commerce operations, data integrity and data resolve functions, and website and form design. The director must be comfortable leading or participating in both small and large scale settings and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required KSAs / Competencies:
- Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of integrated enterprise systems and testing protocol.
Required Experience:
- Experience managing and analyzing data, systems, and user security profiles within defined security requirements.
- Experience with website management and design to include web forms.
- Experience developing adult training programs in written, video and verbal for mats.
- Experience serving in a support role or as a subject matter expert for data, system or operational resolves.
- Experience working with project teams and/or with project implementation plans.
Required Education: College or Higher Education accreditation is preferred
