IT Technician (Focus Area is Network Operations) Work in a collaborative environment with a team of IT professionals, contributing your experience and expertise to accomplish the strategic IT goals of Wayne State College. Assists Network Operations team members with daily operational activities supporting existing technical services provided to the campus community. Focus will include activities within, but not limited to, the campus id card system, residence life room management system, identity access management system, campus phone system, campus data reporting system, network infrastructure IDF management, software packaging and distribution, and inventory management.
